AI Content Acceptable Use Policy

Content standards, moderation safeguards, and reporting rules for Normal Map Generator AI features.

Purpose and scope

This AI Content Acceptable Use Policy applies to the AI Normal Map Generator and any other Normal Map Generator feature that accepts a prompt, reference image, or other user-supplied input for remote AI processing. It supplements the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific notice shown in the product.

Our AI workflow is designed to create material source images for texture and 3D normal-map workflows. It is not intended to create people-focused, political, sexual, violent, deceptive, or unlawful media. You may use the feature only for lawful creative, educational, research, and commercial work for which you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Prohibited content

You must not submit, request, generate, upload, distribute, or use the AI feature to facilitate any of the following:

  • Sexual or NSFW content: pornography, explicit sexual acts, fetish content, sexual exploitation, or explicit nudity.
  • Violence and gore: graphic injury, gore, glorification of violence, threats, or instructions that help someone commit violent wrongdoing.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or encourages discrimination against a person or protected group.
  • Child sexual abuse material: any sexualized content involving a minor, including attempts to create, transform, describe, or distribute CSAM. We do not permit any exception for fictional, stylized, or “artistic” requests involving minors.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: non-consensual face swaps, deceptive identity manipulation, impersonation of real people, or content intended to mislead others about a real person's identity or actions.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement: requests to reproduce protected work without authorization, remove rights-management information, imitate a living artist's protected work in a misleading way, or misuse a trademark, logo, or brand identity.
  • Fraud, harassment, and unlawful activity: scams, phishing, extortion, targeted harassment, exploitation, evasion of safety controls, malware, or instructions that facilitate illegal conduct.

You must also have the right to use any reference image, texture, logo, character, or other material that you send to the service. Do not upload confidential, personal, or production-sensitive material unless you have decided that sending it to the remote providers is appropriate.

How moderation works

Normal Map Generator uses layered safeguards:

  1. Prompt screening before generation. Before a KIE AI request is sent, the complete prompt is submitted to Waffo Pancake's content-safety screening service. Only an allow result proceeds to the image provider. A review or block result stops the request before the reference image is uploaded and before AI credits are consumed.
  2. Provider safeguards. KIE AI may apply additional restrictions, filters, or failure handling. A request that passes our prompt screen is not guaranteed to produce an image or to be lawful in every context.
  3. User responsibility and reports. You are responsible for the prompt, reference image, and result. We may investigate reports, account signals, provider responses, and relevant technical records when assessing suspected abuse. We do not claim to proactively human-review every image produced by the service.
  4. Action and follow-up. We may reject a request, limit AI access, remove or disable content that is available through our service, ask for clarification, or take account action when the circumstances require it. We may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and affected rights holders.

Safety screening is an automated safeguard, not legal advice and not a promise that every permitted result is appropriate for every audience. If you see prohibited or harmful content, report it promptly so that we can review the available information and take appropriate action.

Enforcement

Depending on the seriousness, frequency, and risk of the conduct, we may:

  • refuse or stop a prompt or generation request;
  • temporarily or permanently restrict access to the AI feature or the account;
  • remove, disable, or decline to preserve content where we control or can reasonably affect its availability;
  • revoke unused credits, promotional benefits, or other entitlements associated with a violation;
  • cancel or decline future transactions where permitted by the applicable payment and refund terms; and
  • preserve relevant records or cooperate with law-enforcement, regulatory, platform, or rights-holder requests.

We may take immediate action without advance notice when needed to protect users, minors, third parties, the service, or the integrity of the safety systems. We do not promise that an account, generated result, or unused benefit will be restored after enforcement. Where appropriate, contact support to explain an account restriction or an incorrect moderation result; support review does not guarantee reinstatement.

How to report a violation

Report suspected prohibited AI content, impersonation, abuse, or copyright and trademark concerns through the Contact page or by emailing support@normalmapgeneratorai.online. Include the relevant page or account details, approximate time, and a short description of the concern. If you are a rights holder, include enough information for us to understand the claimed work and the basis of the report.

Do not email illegal content, CSAM, passwords, payment-card information, private access tokens, or unnecessary personal information. If you have received illegal material, preserve only what is legally required for your report and contact the appropriate authorities. We may ask for additional information before taking action, and we may keep a limited record of the report to investigate abuse, communicate with the reporter, protect users, and meet legal obligations.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy when the AI workflow, provider safeguards, applicable law, or our moderation process changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
