Refund Policy
The current refund terms for Normal Map Generator and any future paid features.
Current status
Normal Map Generator currently provides browser-based local tools without a paid checkout, subscription, or required account. Because the current normal map, PBR, batch, and AI-ready preview workflows are free to use, there is no current purchase to refund.
If you believe you were charged
If you see a charge that you believe is associated with Normal Map Generator, email support@normalmapgeneratorai.online as soon as possible. Include the transaction date, the email address used at checkout, the payment receipt or transaction reference, and a short explanation. Do not email full card numbers, security codes, or passwords.
We will investigate any apparent charge, duplicate payment, or billing error and explain the available resolution. If a refund is approved for a future paid service, it will normally be returned to the original payment method when the payment provider supports that method.
Future paid features
If subscriptions, one-time purchases, or paid remote AI features are introduced, we will publish the applicable price, renewal terms, eligibility requirements, refund window, and request process before accepting payment. Those terms will apply to purchases made after the updated policy and checkout information are available.
The free local tools remain usable without a paid plan unless the site clearly states otherwise on the relevant product page.
