Refund terms for Normal Map Generator's free local tools, AI credits, credit packs, and Pro subscriptions.
Current service and checkout status
The normal map, PBR, batch, and local AI preview tools are free and do not require payment. The optional KIE AI workflow is a paid remote feature: signed-in users with available credits can send a prompt and the selected source image to KIE AI to create a material image, then convert it to maps locally in the browser.
The Pricing page lists the offers that are currently available through checkout:
- One-time AI credit packs: charged once and used for the remote AI workflow. The listed credit balance does not expire.
- Pro Workflow subscriptions: available for the billing intervals shown on the Pricing page. A subscription renews at the displayed interval until canceled, and subscription credits refresh at the beginning of each billing period.
The price, included credits, and billing interval are shown on the Pricing page and checkout before payment. You are charged only if you continue through checkout and authorize the payment. A feature or plan without an active checkout is not currently available for purchase and is not billed.
30-day money-back guarantee
Eligible paid purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact support within 30 days of the relevant charge. If a refund is approved, the payment is returned to the original payment method when the payment provider supports that method.
Approving a refund may revoke unused credits, paid-plan access, or other benefits associated with the purchase. Subscription refunds may also cancel the related subscription so that no further renewal is collected.
If you believe you were charged
If you see a charge that you believe is associated with Normal Map Generator, email support@normalmapgeneratorai.online as soon as possible. Include the transaction date, the email address used at checkout, the payment receipt or transaction reference, and a short explanation. Do not email full card numbers, security codes, or passwords.
We will investigate refund requests, duplicate payments, unauthorized charges, and billing errors. If a permitted remote AI generation fails after credits were charged, the service may restore the associated credits under the applicable billing logic; this credit restoration is separate from a cash refund.
Future features and plan changes
We may add, change, or discontinue paid features and plans. Before accepting payment for a new offer, we will publish its price, renewal terms, included benefits, and applicable refund terms on the Pricing page and checkout. Those terms apply to purchases made after the updated information is available.
The free local tools remain usable without a paid plan unless the site clearly states otherwise on the relevant product page.
